Unclaimed Property Goes Primetime (or, at least Daytime)
Yesterday, Good Morning America followed John Purdue, the West Virginia State Treasurer, as he presented a check for nearly $15,000 to one West Virgina resident. The property at issue was a CD belonging to the claimant's mother, who passed away last year.
